Welcome to SoraSleep! These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the SoraSleep mobile application. By downloading, installing, or using our app, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using SoraSleep, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

Description of Service

SoraSleep is a mobile application that provides:

• Guided meditation sessions
• Sleep sounds and ambient audio
• Personal meditation and sleep tracking
• Mood recording and journaling features
• Premium content accessible through coin purchases

Age Requirement

You must be at least 18 years old to use SoraSleep. We do not knowingly collect or solicit personal information from anyone under the age of 18. If you are under 18, please do not attempt to use the app or send any personal information about yourself to us.

Coin-Based Purchase System

SoraSleep operates on a coin-based purchase system rather than subscriptions:

• Coins can be purchased through the App Store
• Coins are used to unlock premium meditation sessions and sleep sounds
• Coin purchases are one-time transactions
• No recurring charges or subscription fees apply
• Refunds for coin purchases are subject to App Store policies

User Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Use the app for personal, non-commercial purposes only
• Not attempt to reverse engineer or copy any features of the app
• Not use the app in any way that could damage or impair the service
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
• Respect the intellectual property rights of the content

Intellectual Property Rights

All content within SoraSleep, including but not limited to audio recordings, guided meditations, sleep sounds, graphics, and text, is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from this content without explicit permission.

Disclaimer of Warranties

SoraSleep is provided "as is" without any warranties, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the app will be error-free or uninterrupted. The meditation and sleep content is for relaxation and wellness purposes only and should not be considered medical advice.

Limitation of Liability

In no event shall SoraSleep be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of the app. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for coin purchases in the twelve months preceding the claim.

Medical Disclaimer

SoraSleep is designed for relaxation and wellness purposes. It is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical condition. If you have serious sleep disorders or mental health concerns, please consult with a qualified healthcare professional.

Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to SoraSleep at any time, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users or the service.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting within the app. Your continued use of SoraSleep after any changes indicates your acceptance of the new Terms.

Governing Law

App Store Terms

Your download and use of SoraSleep through the Apple App Store is also subject to the App Store's Terms of Service. In case of any conflict between these Terms and the App Store's terms, the App Store's terms shall prevail regarding your download and use through their platform.
